PLACEMENT RECOMMENDATIONS: A fine arts credit is required for graduation; when successfully completed, this course meets that requirement.
COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course is a general study to include production through exploration of creative problem-solving techniques, the language and vocabulary of art techniques and process, structures and functions of art, and critical description. It will include working with a variety of media such as drawing, painting, two- and three dimensionable design, graphic design, sculpture and printmaking as supplies are available.

PREREQUISITE(S): Completion of Art I and instructor approval.
FINANCIAL OBLIGATION: $25.00
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: In additional to the financial obligation, students must provide some additional art supplies, a camera, film and development costs.
PLACEMENT RECOMMENDATIONS: A fine arts credit is required for graduation, and when successfully completed, this course meets that requirement. This course is designed for the serious art student who is interested in pursuing a career in an art-related field.
COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course is an in-depth study of studio practices. It enables the student to follow areas of personal interest by producing artwork of exceptional quality. Art production will include the exploration of the Elements and Principles of design and be discipline based history aesthetics and evaluation through critical judgement.
