AgriConstruction
The major objective of AgriConstruction is to train students for successful employment in the area of carpentry. Students receive basic knowledge neccessary to enter areas of construction on an apprenticeship level. AgriConstruction is a specialized agribusiness unit.
AgriConstruction is composed of two one-credit courses designed to facilitate student understanding of construction. This course teacehes students how to use hand tools and power equipment necessary for employment in the construction industry. Students are provided with the opportunity to develop skills in the areas of planning and safety, and learn to construct various structures. They are provided with the oppurtunity to increase their knowledge and skills through participation in the student organization
Future Farmers of America (FFA)

Professionals associated with this program are draftsmen, engineers, construction foremen, carpenters, concrete finishers, plumbers, and electricians. Students may combine the two construction courses with a
turf grass
course or with a basic wiring course to be considered a completer.
